Dominique is straight out of the Robles Park Neighborhood Projects of Tampa

Bay, Florida. She is 17 years old and making music that's making moves out of
the ghetto and reaching out worldwide. This is her first release on ARTJAM,
set up by David Whatever (Hard Feelings, Yo! Majesty).

Dominique's neighborhood, next to the military control centre for the war in
Iraq, dominates her music, as a full‐on barrage of sound that demands your
attention. Title track ´Music Time´ smashes and crashes its way onto the
dancefloor. Hypnotic, heavy and deep, it assaults you like a trippy playground
rhyme that threatens to spiral out of control. Dominique's voice is playful and
raw and it is her flow that started getting her a rep from a very young age.
Shunda K of Yo! Majesty was so taken with her that she invited Dominique
into their studio to learn the ropes.

Music Time is urgent and joyful but carries a vital message. In her own words:
"young people on the streets need to stop fightin’ and just be enjoyin’ music,
cos that's how we get down".

Like she says: ´I’M A HOT GIRL!’. She is that.
